About me
"Kim’s qualifications include a Master of Educational Studies, Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Teaching with teaching and leadership experiences in both prior to school and school settings. Kim’s study in Reggio Emilia, Italy and Anji Play, China have influenced her image of the child as learner, researcher, theorist, and citizen.
Kim is the Brother John Taylor Fellow 2017 with study experiences in Finland, Sweden, China, and the University of Cambridge. She has written Early Learning Policies and developed Action Research Projects to support a deeper understanding of play. She is currently Specialist Early Years at Sydney Catholic Schools and Honorary Associate Lecturer at the University of Newcastle. Kim present at National and International conferences, including IPA’s Conference in Glasgow, Scotland (2023).
