This interactive workshop will offer a hands-on loose parts learning lab to connect brain science research with playful learning. Participants will engage with open-ended loose parts and discover how such materials can be used to support the neurobiological basis of language, memory, executive functioning, regulation, frustration tolerance, agency, cooperation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Discussion of stress responses and ways to bring back balance to children’s and adolescents’ emotional and cognitive states through playful learning will also be explored through neuroscience. ng this interactive workshop participants will enter the brain and follow
